Whenever people used to ask me, ‘What do you do?’, I used to hesitate. What should I mention first? Teaching and training? Writing? Life coaching? And then I realised what they all have in common:
I help people grow.
I passionately believe that, given the right tools and support, everyone has the inner resources to effect positive and permanent change in their lives.
I'm here to give you those tools and support. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not as happy as you feel you could be, I can help you.
Together we can identify and work through the blocks that are holding you back, and I'll help you make sure the changes are permanent and deep-seated.

I originally trained as a Rogerian counsellor, but I use a wide variety of techniques to suit your particular needs, preferences and what you want to achieve, including Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioural approaches, Somatic Coaching, Mindfulness, and Transpersonal Coaching.
I am also very interested in recent findings in Neuroscience, and how these can be applied to help us make our brain work for us, rather than against us.
